These terms govern your use of the website operated by Sannvit, Inc. ("Sannvit," "we," "us") at sannvit.com. By using the site, you accept them. These are website terms only: the Sannvit product — our self-hosted evidence infrastructure — is licensed exclusively under separate written agreements between Sannvit and each customer, and nothing on this site grants any right to the product, creates a warranty about it, or amends any customer agreement.

1. The site is informational

Content on the site describes our company and product and is provided for general information. It is not legal, compliance, or professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance; product capabilities, availability, and terms are established only in signed agreements. If a statement on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

2. Our content and marks

The site and its content — text, graphics, documentation, design, and software we make available on it — belong to Sannvit or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the site for evaluating Sannvit and doing business with us. SANNVIT and our logos are our trademarks; nothing here grants a license to use them. Open-source software we distribute is governed by its own license files, not these terms.

3. What you may not do

You may not: (a) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site content, or use site content to train or develop machine-learning models without our prior written consent; (b) probe, disrupt, or circumvent the site's security; (c) misrepresent your affiliation with Sannvit or frame the site to imply endorsement; or (d) use the site in violation of law. We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.

4. What you send us

If you submit feedback or suggestions about Sannvit or the product, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation — do not send us ideas you need to keep. Personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information through the site; an NDA comes first, then the conversation — that is house practice, not a formality.

5. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to brad@sannvit.com and we will respond promptly.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. (Warranties about the product, where made, live in signed customer agreements — nowhere else.)

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sannvit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, and our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not apply to signed customer agreements, which contain their own negotiated terms.
